TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Thank you for choosing Prettee Florals. Every arrangement is thoughtfully curated and designed with care, intention, and attention to detail. Because our floral arrangements are often custom-designed, seasonal, time-sensitive, and made specifically for each order, please review the following Terms & Conditions before placing your order.
By placing an order with Prette Florals, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
I. CUSTOM & BESPOKE FLORAL DESIGN
PRETTEE FLORALS specializes in bespoke and curated floral arrangements. Because flowers are a natural product, each arrangement will have its own unique characteristics.
Flower varieties, colors, sizes, shapes, textures, and availability may vary based on seasonality, market availability, quality, and sourcing.
While we make every reasonable effort to create your arrangement as pictured or discussed, exact flower varieties, shades, sizes, and quantities cannot always be guaranteed.
If a requested flower or floral element becomes unavailable, PRETTEE FLORALS reserves the right to substitute it with a flower of comparable or greater value while maintaining the overall aesthetic, color story, style, and intended feeling of the arrangement.
For highly specific floral requests, customers may contact PRETTEE FLORALS before placing an order to discuss availability.
II. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & PAYMENT
An order is not considered confirmed until PRETTEE FLORALS has received the required payment and all necessary information to fulfill the order.
PRETTEE FLORALS reserves the right to decline or cancel an order if necessary due to product availability, payment verification, inability to fulfill the requested design, delivery limitations, or other circumstances that prevent us from properly fulfilling the order.
Any applicable taxes, delivery fees, service fees, or other charges will be disclosed during the ordering process.
III. DEPOSITS & BALANCE PAYMENTS
For orders requiring a deposit, all deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits secure the requested date, design services, materials, flowers, labor, and/or production time associated with the order. Once a deposit has been received, PRETTEE FLORALS may begin purchasing materials or reserving resources specifically for the customer's order.
Any remaining balance must be paid by the deadline provided by PRETTEE FLORALS. Orders may not be completed or released for delivery until the required balance has been paid in full.
Remaining balance payments may be eligible for a refund on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of PRETTEE FLORALS, taking into consideration the status of the order, materials already purchased, labor performed, timing of the cancellation, and other applicable circumstances.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights required by applicable law.
IV. CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Because floral arrangements are frequently prepared specifically for each customer and may require advance purchasing, cancellations and order changes are subject to review.
Customers should contact PRETTEE FLORALS as soon as possible if they need to cancel or modify an order.
Once flowers, materials, supplies, or other products have been purchased specifically for an order, PRETTEE FLORALS may be unable to accommodate changes or provide a refund for those items.
Changes to an arrangement may also result in additional charges.
PRETTEE FLORALS reserves the right to determine whether a requested change can reasonably be accommodated based on timing, availability, and production status.
V. SAME-DAY, NEXT-DAY & TIME-SENSITIVE ORDERS
Orders requiring expedited preparation, same-day service, or next-day delivery may be subject to additional fees and availability restrictions.
PRETTEE FLORALS does not guarantee acceptance of rush orders unless the order has been specifically confirmed by the Company.
Customers should not assume that an order has been accepted until they receive confirmation from PRETTEE FLORALS.
VI. DELIVERY
PRETTEE FLORALS uses a third-party independent courier service for delivery.
Once an order has been released to the courier, the courier is responsible for the physical transportation and delivery of the arrangement.
The courier may contact the payee/customer regarding delivery updates, access issues, recipient availability, address concerns, or other delivery-related matters.
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address, including:
Recipient's full name
Street address
Apartment, suite, or unit number, if applicable
Business or establishment name, if applicable
Recipient's phone number
Any relevant gate, access, parking, or delivery instructions
PRETTEE FLORALS is not responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, unavailable recipient, inability to access a property, incorrect contact information, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
VII. AUTHORIZATION TO LEAVE DELIVERY
If the recipient is unavailable, the third-party courier may leave the floral arrangement at the door of a residence or establishment when reasonably appropriate and safe to do so.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that an arrangement may be considered delivered when it has been left at the designated delivery location.
PRETTEE FLORALS is not responsible for flowers that are damaged, removed, exposed to inappropriate temperatures, weather, animals, theft, or otherwise compromised after the courier has completed delivery to the designated location.
Customers who do not want an arrangement left unattended should provide clear delivery instructions and ensure that an appropriate recipient is available.
VIII. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & REDELIVERY
If a delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect, access is restricted, or another issue prevents delivery, additional delivery or redelivery fees may apply.
PRETTEE FLORALS and/or its courier may attempt to contact the payee or recipient to resolve the issue.
If a customer provides incorrect delivery information and the courier must make an additional delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for any additional courier fees.
IX. FLOWER FRESHNESS & NATURAL VARIATIONS
Flowers are living, perishable products and naturally change over time.
The lifespan of an arrangement depends on flower variety, temperature, humidity, handling, transportation, placement, water quality, hydration, and adherence to care instructions.
PRETTEE FLORALS provides floral care instructions when applicable. Customers are responsible for following those instructions after delivery.
Natural characteristics such as variations in bloom size, petal shape, color variation, minor bruising, opening, wilting, or movement of flowers are not necessarily considered defects.
X. FLOWER SUBSTITUTIONS
Due to the unpredictable nature of the floral market, PRETTEE FLORALS may occasionally need to substitute flowers or design elements.
Any substitution will be selected with the intention of preserving the overall design, color palette, style, value, and aesthetic of the original arrangement.
Customers acknowledge that flower substitutions may occur without prior notice when necessary to properly fulfill an order.
XI. PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING
PRETTEE FLORALS may photograph completed arrangements for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes.
By placing an order, the customer grants PRETTEE FLORALS permission to photograph the floral arrangement and use photographs of the arrangement for business and promotional purposes.
PRETTEE FLORALS will not intentionally publish private customer information, payment information, or other confidential information in connection with such photography.
If a customer has a specific privacy concern regarding photography, they may contact PRETTEE FLORALS before placing their order.
XII. PAYMENT PROCESSING & FRAUD PREVENTION
PRETTEE FLORALS uses a verified third-party payment processing system to securely process customer payments.
For payment security and fraud-prevention purposes, the name associated with the payment card must match the cardholder's name and the billing address entered during checkout must correspond with the card's billing information.
PRETTEE FLORALS reserves the right to request additional verification or decline, delay, or cancel a transaction when payment information cannot be reasonably verified or appears inconsistent with the information provided.
Customers must not use a payment card without the cardholder's authorization.
Orders identified as potentially fraudulent may be held or cancelled pending verification.
XIII. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Customers agree to contact PRETTEE FLORALS directly regarding billing concerns, order issues, cancellations, or delivery concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback when reasonably possible.
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes involving an order that was properly fulfilled may result in PRETTEE FLORALS providing the applicable order, payment, communication, and delivery records to the payment processor or financial institution.
Nothing in this section limits a customer's rights under applicable law.
XIV. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED INFORMATION
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information submitted with an order is accurate.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Customer name
Phone number
Email address
Recipient name
Delivery address
Delivery instructions
Order date
Preferred delivery information
Payment information
PRETTEE FLORALS is not responsible for fulfillment issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
XV. GIFT ORDERS & SURPRISE DELIVERIES
For gift orders, the customer is responsible for providing accurate recipient information and ensuring that the recipient can reasonably receive the delivery.
Because PRETTEE FLORALS may communicate with the payee regarding delivery issues, customers should understand that certain delivery circumstances may require us or the courier to contact the payee and may potentially affect the surprise nature of a delivery.
XVI. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ITEMS
If a customer provides items to be incorporated into an arrangement, including but not limited to vases, containers, gifts, photographs, cards, or decorative elements, PRETTEE FLORALS is not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, sentimental value, or ordinary wear that may occur during reasonable handling or installation.
PRETTEE FLORALS will exercise reasonable care with customer-provided items.
XVII. UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
PRETTEE FLORALS will make reasonable efforts to fulfill every confirmed order.
However, circumstances outside of our reasonable control may affect fulfillment, including severe weather, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, courier delays, supplier issues, market shortages, power outages, emergencies, or other unforeseen events.
If an unforeseen circumstance materially affects an order, PRETTEE FLORALS will communicate with the customer and determine an appropriate solution based on the circumstances.
If PRETTEE FLORALS is unable to fulfill an order, any refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order.
XVIII. ORDER ERRORS & CONCERNS
If there is a concern with an order, customers should contact PRETTEE FLORALS as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Because flowers are perishable, concerns regarding damage, significant quality issues, or incorrect fulfillment should be reported promptly and, when requested, accompanied by clear photographs of the arrangement and packaging.
PRETTEE FLORALS will review reported concerns individually and determine an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.
XIX. NO GUARANTEE OF IDENTICAL REPRODUCTION
Images displayed on the PRETTEE FLORALS website, social media, advertisements, or other marketing materials are intended to communicate the general style, scale, color palette, and aesthetic of an arrangement.
Because flowers are natural products and inventory changes, the final arrangement may not be an exact replica of the image shown.
By ordering, the customer acknowledges and accepts the artistic nature of floral design and reasonable variations between reference images and completed arrangements.
XX. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By completing an order with PRETTEE FLORALS, the customer acknowledges that:
They have reviewed and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
They understand that floral arrangements may contain natural variations and substitutions.
They understand that deposits are non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
They understand that remaining balance refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis, subject to applicable law.

They are responsible for providing accurate customer, recipient, payment, and delivery information.
They understand that payment information may be verified for fraud prevention.
They understand that flowers are perishable and require appropriate care after delivery.
They agree to contact PRETTEE FLORALS regarding concerns before pursuing a payment dispute whenever reasonably possible.
XXI. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal or local law provides otherwise.
