As beautiful as your bouquet is, if it does not fit comfortably in your vase without bending the stems, we recommend gently disassembling the arrangement. Trim each stem to a pleasing length at a 45-degree angle, then place the flowers into a clean, sanitized vase filled with 4 oz of Solution to Prettee Florals Bloom Care Elixir and 20–26 oz of filtered/purified water.
For bouquets designed with a built-in wet foam water reservoir, pour 3 oz of Solution to Prettee Florals Bloom Care Elixir and up to 3 oz of filtered/purified water directly into the reservoir. Monitor the amount of water you pour so that it does not overflow the reservoir.

Reschedule through our delivery confirmation email that you received when originally booking your date.

We do not offer full refunds once your delivery or pick up time is confirmed. 15% of your subtotal are considered a non-refundable deposit that confirms your receiving date.
Up to 85% of your subtotal is eligible for a store credit if order is cancelled up to 5 calendar days before delivery.
Any delivery that needs to be canceled more less than 5 calendar days from delivery are eligible for a store credit - contingent on any custom items that are not resellable.

For reschedules after cancellation, a 15% reschedule invoice is emailed to the address on file to re-initiate a new receiving date.

Depending on the location, we will communicate with the purchaser on how to secure delivery.
We do not leave items unattended outside unless instructed in writing by purchaser, for flowers are very senstive to harsh temperatures and weather environments - even if it’s “for a minute”.

If your bouquet is more than 48 hours old and If your roses are whilting, check your stems to see if they are browning. Cut at a 45 degree angle at the green part of the stem and place in a vase of hot sugar water and prop them up against a wall. They will begin to straighten up over the next couple of hours.
If you have whilting florals within 48 hours, please take photos and videos and submit them via text to (202) 670-0708, but still follow the same process as above. A team member will reach out to you.
